Phumla is the chairperson and a co-founder of Khulisa Investment Partners. Through her extensive networks in corporate South Africa Phumla has access to a broad deal pipeline. Phumla is responsible for fundraising, deal sourcing and negotiations. As chairperson she oversees the execution of Khulisa’s investments. Phumla has over 20 years of experience in conducting private transactions as the Managing Director of Lehumo Women’s Investment Holdings and through her family businesses. Phumla has invested in several SMEs in the past 20 years and has assisted these companies to grow their revenue streams and profitability through turbulent periods in the South African corporate environment.
