The objective of this programme is to provide entry level Board members with insights, mindsets, frameworks and guidelines that will ensure that they become effective and impactful board members.

The focus of this programme is to amplify the informal, in between the lines competencies that are often not provided for in formal board training programmes.

All the facilitators of this programme have very extensive lived Board experience including listed, private, institutional and non profit lived experience.
